Overcharges

I resumed tv service a couple months ago. I agreed to a package costing about a hundred a month. I need a refund on all the overcharging you have done and an assurance that my bills we be around a hundred until next November or I will be forced to cancel.

What are the overcharges for?  Did the cable package include fees like the Broadcast fee and the Regional Sports fee or were those separate [they usually are].  Did the package include the fee for the cable box, or no?

I had internet only. I was told if I bundle that with cable and cellular my bill would be close to a hundred for twelve months. I paid about that for two months but now my bill has shot up nearly 200%.
