Overcharged on upcoming bill

I went and upgrade my iPhone 14 to a 17. After going to the store twice to try to get a printed label , I thought I was finished. Now I look at my upcoming bills and they’ve gone up over $25. I was quoted a six dollar increase for the phone. Can someone please tell me what to do to get some satisfaction from this company?
