Overall Uptime help
Internet access is vital for my work and I've been very dissappointed in xfinity. I have a mesh network (plume) which provides 3rd party monitoring of my uptime. 100% of my outages this year were xfinity-caused - here's the report data below. I want xfinity to come clean on this and address this or I'll need to switch providers. We're currently in another multi-day outage now as well... Xfinity what can you do for me on this?
