Over charging

Dec 5 2022. I signed Lease for [Edited: "Personal Information"].

The first 2 months my bill was $150. The 3rd month. I moved the bill from being due on the 28th unto the 3rd. When we get paid. Said there would be a $50 charge for the week. Went online on the 3rd of March. Jumped from being $50 due to $300 being due. I called to correct the mistake. Said I wasn't locked into a service agreement.

Went and lowered everything to the very basic. When my neighbors were getting everything for that price.

Can't get it in my Sons name because he's so disabled that he can't have anything in his name. With him getting food stamps and Medicaid.

Got an paper from food bank that my Mom approved for $40 a month for internet and 1 TV. Been asking for her to put it in her name for 3 months now.

After I pay $1010 rent, insurance, internet, it leaves me about $20 out of my check. But I make $300 too much for Medicaid for myself.

Hello user_49m4x8 I certainly understand the importance  of having a steady bill and we can certainly look into the charges for you. If you could send a direct message with your full name and the address we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
