Over Charged !
Today was my 10th call to Xfinity customer service regarding a $600 over charge! Very difficult to get a supervisor because although the customer service number has a Colorado area code, the customer service reps are in Egypt!
Was told by a supervisor in December to expect the repayment in 2 weeks, still nothing and no supervisor in Egypt to talk to today. I've had a case number and a ticket number opened since November. Xfinity has the absolute worst customer service.
