Over charged after cancellation, promised a refund which still has not posted.
I cancelled service on 10/5/24. My account was billed for a whole month. Was promised a refund by 11/1. It is now 11/5 and no refund has been posted to my account.
I have chat transcripts from a Mike on 10/27 where I was promised my refund would be processed by this date and that a supervisor would call me. Neither of these things have occurred. I am currently in a Live Chat requesting a supervisor and have been bounced around between 4 different chat agents.
Xfinity will never have my business again. I will choose other providers even if the speeds are slower and the rate is higher.
