Over a month and cable still not buried
I have been waiting over a month to get my cable line buried. I am an xfinity now customer and trying to get help from customer service is a complete joke. Only way to contact them is by chat. When I try to log into chat it looks all scrambled and I I cannot log in. I have tried on the computer and it says I am not a customer. I had my brother log in and he got them to schedule to bury the cable exept noone showed up. It has been over a month and this is ridiculous. It is such a pain to mow the yard or let my dogs out. At this point I am over it and ready to cancel my service and go to metronet. It should not be this hard.
