user_bz6bsm Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your balance concern. I would be reaching out for help as well if I make payment when needed. I would start by checking your payment history. Sometimes a bank can send back a payment and we have to update the balance on our end when that happens. That would show in your payment history and we would also print the updated balance on the next bill after. If you do not see any issues there I would check the PDF bill to see what is shown there. If there was a balance not taken care of or a payment not received on time it would show on the PDF bill.
