Outstanding Service from Jose!

I visited the Xfinity store yesterday, and honestly, I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. The store was closing at 7 PM, and I came in around 6:45 PM, but Jose was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to understand all of my issues, walked me through everything, and solved all my problems.

Jose is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping customers. You can tell he has a lot of experience and knows exactly what he’s doing.

Xfinity, please give this man a raise! Jose deserves recognition for the amazing service he provides. Employees like him are the reason customers leave with a great impression of the company.
