Outstanding cost

Hello.

My name is Hye.

I returned my equipment August 2022. I visited Comcast office (2900 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO.) and returned it.

At that time, staff said that all set. I asked him again if I had to pay or do anything. He said "NOTHING".

I don't understand my bill. Why do I have to pay extra bill? What is this bill for?

Could you explain this? And please check the record.

I returned my equip August 22, 2022. If you lost that equipment, it was not my fault.
