Outside wiring

We had our Xfinity installed on August 4th 2025. We thought they were going to burry the original line they laid out and hooked up into our house. Then they came out on August 21st 2025 to burry the permanent underground cable and no one has ever came back out to hook it up inside the house. I have tried calling and messaging customer service and all I ever get is the computer, which isn't helpful at all. I want my permanent wiring hooked up because the temporary wiring is getting to where it's going to trip me and we keep driving over it.
