Outside wiring
I'm a cable customer. Someone knocked on my door this AM and said he was from Telecable and that they would replacing the old Cable wiring outside my house in the next few days. I tried calling your help line to verify ( given your recent datacbreach, I am leery). I eventually reached a live person and at first he said there was no work scheduled in my neighborhood. I insisted he check further and a minute later, he said yes , there was scheduled wiring changes but could not tell me when. I am still concerned and would like it verified again. I am in a Condo and if the ground is going to ripped up, I need to inform the Condo Association,. Also, if this is legitimate, I don't understand why I was not notified ahead of time via e-mail or phone call, both of which you have on record.

Hello RMFJM
Line swaps like this are extremely common. Our phone teams might not be understanding the situation clearly.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
