Outside wire hazard

I have been calling Xfinity for the past month. I have 2 claim numbers which I have received no call backs. My cable is sitting on my lawn and around the backyard of my neighbor for the past month. It is hazardous for lawnmower, tripping. Im tired of calling and speaking to someone who cannot help.
