Outside Service Needed

A technician just came out to our house and he said we had a bad port/connection outside on the telephone pole. The address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. We also own 22 and 20 [Edited: "Personal Information"], but there are not occupied at this time. I would like to see if these houses need repairs or upgrades outside before we rent or sell them. Also, a utility company was here replacing the telephone poles and they left a line laying on our porch roof at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I would contact them, but I don't know the name of their company. Your technician said that someone would come out and do repairs/upgrades and either connect or remove the cable that's laying on the roof. It's also hanging off and I don't know if it's a safety hazard or not. The repairs would only need to be outside and if needed I can meet the tech there when they come out. It's not super urgent, but would still like to get it taken care as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
