Outside Pedestal Utility Box (Behind Home) Damaged
How do I report or place a ticket for someone to check on an outside utility box (behind home)? There is a small green box above the ground that the lid was taken off and wiring was exposed to weather and elements. We thought it was ATT since they have been in the neighborhood, we called ATT and they came out this morning but stated it was an Comcast box. They did replace the lid but did say a wire was loose. We have been on hold with Xfinity Support for over 25 minutes.
