Outside pedestal below ground level and needs to be raised
Anyone know how to get Comcast/Xfinity to actually come do something about outside issues?
We have a pedestal for our entire neighborhood in our yard. We are wanting to extend our driveway, but the driveway will go over the pedestal. Currently, said pedestal is below the rest of the ground around it (which should be an issue anyway), and we worry that if we just pave around the box that it's going to create a safety hazard for anyone near it as well as a potential water problem for the connections.
Having called and chatted several times, I can't seem to get anyone to actually do anything. Two support tickets have been closed the same day without any action being taken. I finally got a technician out last week, but the tech said he needed to talk to a supervisor and I get the feeling the problem is being ignored as there has been no follow-up and no sign that anything is still happening.
Anyone know how I can actually get Xfinity to do something about this?
