Outside line to close to lanai

​The technician who connected our internet line put it to close to our existing structure and it needs to be moved- very hard time contacting a live person at Xfinity!!! ​

This issue is resolved - had to come to this forum because xfinity customer service is very difficult to get to a live person. Xfinity assistant is no replacement for live support.
