Outside equipment

I scheduled an appointment for internet setup today. I need outside equipment installed and I am not sure I scheduled that or tech support. I cannot get an agent and the xfinity chatbot just keeps telling me when my appointment is

Hi, @Melissaruby6, I'm sorry it took us a while to reply. How did your appointment go? Was our tech able to take the right actions to get everything installed outside and inside?
