Outside connection

The high speed connection from the box to my home is in need of repair.  This has been an issue for the past 35 days.  Our wi-fi is spotty and unavailable for the most part.  Out cable is in and out as well, to the point where I have cancelled the cable.

Good afternoon user_ih79y3. I can certainly understand the concern if you are experiencing issues with your service. I can assure you we want to work with you to resolve any concerns. When you mention a connection from a box to your home, are you referring to an aerial line (above ground) from pole to home? Or are you referring to an underground connection?
