Outside Comcast Telecommunication Box is BROKEN and Tech can't access equipment
Customer Service is HORIBLE! On phone all day yesterday. Moved into TOWNHOUSE. Tech came to connect service and couldn't get into the outside green telecommunication box. Said the box is bromen and his keys wouldnt work and he just left!!!!!! No follow up. Spoke to 6 people in alleged customer service and no one had any idea what to do. This is absoluteky ridiculous. They offered to send another tech. What good will that do since they also won't be able to get into the box? Anyone have any idea who I can call? I need to work at home and now I can't. Thanks!!!!
