Outside cableline
This is insane. I swear your company is such garbage of a business.
I called the power company about a low hanging line and they said that's not theirs it's yours.
Tried calling you and it is just that stupid robot that refuses to put a real person on. Tried online and another stupid robot.
So which stupid robot do I have to speak to here to get some idiot to fix that outside cable? Or I should just let some kids pull it down, get injured, and have their parents sue you because of your lack of help?
Just to be clear it's not connected to my house or on my property. It's a powerline pole where the cable is connected. So I don't want to hear some BS about we don't touch cable lines on the property.
So do I call a number or just let someone pull it down? Because at this point I don't care. I don't have cable. I'm just making sure that when someone does wreck it I have this as evidence I did all I could.
I seriously can't wait until your company becomes obsolete.
