Outside Cable Box

The cable box mounted on the side of my house is easily 25 years old and it is starting to fall apart.  How do I ask Xfinity to come out and replace it before the wiring becomes totally exposed to the weather?

It requires that I enter the name of a person to send it to.  Can you provide that?

Got it.  I sent the message.  With as much rain as we're getting here lately, I hope that Xfinity will change out the box before water gets inside of it (the bugs have already found a way in).
