Outrageous fees, and horrible customer service
Transfer services from one apartment to another and my bill went from $70 a month to $220 a month after five months of trying to get this issue resolved a customer service representative told me last month that he could drop my bill down to $45. He was sorry about the mistake that occurred this month again I receive a bill for $223 for my Internet Service. Customer service representative explains that I went over the amount of Internet Service provided for the $45 a month so they charge me an additional 160+ dollars which brought my total to $223 monthly any Internet Service can match or beat thatso if you’re going to pay $223 for Internet Service at least do it with the company that has good customer service this does not include Xfinity.
