Outrageous bill
I was told I would not be charged to have an internet modem changed out. However, I was charge $100 for a guy to come and unscrew one modem and attach another. My bill is $351, that is ridiculous!!!

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_e07qyo! It is free to upgrade the modem for a new modem or swap out a defective modem for a new one. Typically we offer to ship a new modem or have the modem swapped out at a local center. There is a $100.00 installation fee for the replacement, reconfiguration, or repair of inside wiring or equipment. We dearly apologize if this fee was not explained before the appointment was scheduled.
