Outrage 8 days in 97035
I understood 1 or 2 days outrage due to severe weather but it keeps 8 days now.
I also had power outage but PGE restored the power within 1 days.
There is only machine answers whenever I tried call the company. No official announcement for the repair schedule or apology.
What kind of this company?
