Outlook can not verify STMP cirt

I am replacing my wife’s PC with a new windows 11pro PC with a local logon. I loaded Microsoft office/outlook from my Microsoft account. Set it up for her existing email account. Pop/Smtp. Works sending and receiving email with one small exception. Each time I open outlook and attempt to send email I get the following popup. 
“Internet Security Warning. The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. Target principal name is incorrect. SMTP.Comcast.Net  Do you want to continue using server.” I check yes and it works until the next time I start Outlook, and I must do it again.
