Outdoor wiring costs

Hello! my dog chewed through our cord that runs from the box to the house. Clean cut. How much would this cost and is it added into our monthly bill or paid upfront? I couldnt find any information on this and trying to get ahold of a live agent is super difficult.

@user_5dwp1n Without getting access to your account it would be hard to determine if there would be a cost or not. Typically, if there are service issues, getting them fixed does not fall upon the customer in the form of a cost up front or being added to your bill. If there is a charge our awesome technicians will let you know before performing the work. Using the Xfinity app and reporting you have service issues through the troubleshooting section will push you to set up an appointment to get someone out there if your service is offline quicker than interacting with a representative!
