outdoor cable junction box

My outdoor cable junction box has fallen off the house. It's broken. The cable is now exposed to the elements. How do I get this box replaced?

Hello, @, thanks for making us aware of this issue with the outside box. We will get this outside equipment replaced for you. I can imagine seeing that exposed cable line is a concern. Is this damage affecting how your service is working? This will determine how we go about getting this fixed. When you have a moment please send a private message with your name, and service address so we can work on your account. Click on the little chat message bubble icon in the upper right and send a private chat to "Xfinity Support." We look forward to speaking with you more and working with you!

Can you send more detailed instructions on how to send the requested information via private chat? Either I'm doing it wrong or it's not working. Thank-you!

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting a private chat started. Once you are signed in there should be at chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen. After selecting that icon a new screen should appear and you should be able to search Xfinity Support and this should get the private chat started. Please let us know if you are receiving any kind of error message or code when attempting to send.
