for more than 2 months my net goes out at least 10 times per day, sometimes more but never less....im not computer smart so please help without trying to send me a link cause i dont know what im doing!

Hello user_2o4iia, Sorry to hear about the repeated connection drops to your service. 10 a day is certainly not normal and something we will want to look deeper in to. What troubleshooting steps have you taken on your end so far?
