Outages

Way too many outages over the last two weeks to justify the cost of service. Looking for answers.

Hi there and welcome to Comcast @thorske. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your service the last two weeks. Have you looked up our status map to see any updates on the interruption?

Yes, I’ve become all too familiar with checking that. I’m not really sure of the point of looking at it other than to confirm my suspicion that your service is once again down and that I need to rearrange my life.

i wouldn't have an issue if the outages were once every 6 months, but basically every day for hours at a time is getting old. Definitely not getting the service I’m paying way too much for.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
