Outages since August 12
Can someone help me please. I have no phone cable or internet and it’s been out daily since August 12. I have called repeatedly only to be hung up on by the robot on the other end. When I text and ask to speak to an agent the reply says I can’t speak to an agent because of the outage. This is insane. I’m ready to call WFSB 3 and show them all the outage texts going back to August 12th and the amount of phone numbers I’ve tried only to speak to a robot. My kids can’t get their homework done. This is appalling and I can’t reach a live person. Help!
