Outages in my Area

Hello,

I am submitting a complaint to Xfinity about the number and length of outages in my area. In my estimation we have one major outage each season for at least 4 hours. We also intermittent outages that happen once weekly or about twice monthly for about 10-20 minutes. Consistency is very helpful especially when working from home. We have the opposite going on, which is consistent short term outages. This is a nuisance.
