Outages in area

Ok says outage in the are due to maintenance but neighbors across the street and the neighbors next door have full service I have no internet and no cable we both coming in on the same line. Tried calling but of course Xfinity bots won't let you speak to a real person to get answers zip code 49271

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
