I had 'outages' every day since last week. I'll check the Xfinity app and it says there's maintenance being done. My family and I work from home now due to covid and a reliable internet service is crucial.
I even scheduled a tech appt bc the customer rep suggested to have someone come to my house to check connections. The tech didn't even show up - I found out it was cancelled after me calling them to follow up why they werent here.
