Outages and terrible customer support
I’m sick of the outages. It is crazy with the dozens of tv/internet options I have to request a credit. I can’t even get past the chat bots. I was sent a link that was immediately invalid. If I don’t get satisfaction shortly. I’m shopping for a new carrier tomorrow
