Outage/General Help
Xfinity might be the most corrupt and useless company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been having outages for a week on and off, and all they can say is they are investigating and it will resolved as soon as possible. The chat bot will not let me speak to anyone. It sends me in circles about the outage map. The number hangs up on you. It asks about the outage then hangs up no matter what you say. After spamming buzzwords in the chat, I finally got an "agent" who awfully resembled a bot who randomly disconnected me to another bot. The second bot offered $15 in credit and a call from my store. The credit was only $10 as if it makes up for a week of [Edited: "Profanity"] internet that I need to work from home. Also, the callback was supposed to be 40 minutes later. We are now sitting at roughly 70 minutes later, and I cannot get ahold of anyone on the app or phone again.
I swear to god if one of the [Edited: "Inflammatory"] agents on here responds with a scripted message, I am going to flip out. How is this company even allowed to have a monopoly in some areas???

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
