Outage
Hello i’m just trying to figure out what’s going on with my outage? My internet has been out for about 7 hours now ive not seen any xfinity trucks, there’s no damage to poles or anything that i know of, and it shows no ETA on the status. Im just trying to figure out what’s going in

Hi there, @user_to0qsb. I am sorry to hear that your service has been offline. I understand that can be tough to get through. We see the same information that you do when checking on your service in the Xfinity app or at our Status Center, https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap. The team will provide an ETA whenever that is possible. There are times such as when they are working with local utilities or if there are multiple open repair jobs that we are unable to provide that. Are you back online now? I know it has been a couple of hours.
