To resolve it, try the following steps:
Ensure all TV connections are secure.
Select **Try Again** on-screen.
Change to another channel using the channel up or down button, then switch back.
Restart the X1 TV Box by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes, then plugging it back in.
I would also reccomend attempting to troubleshoot directly through the Xfinity app if you have not already as it can help resolve a lot of common X1 TV issues as well 🙌 Please let us know if the issues persist!
