Outage

I don’t understand how you all constantly have outages when there’s clear skies and a sunny day no wind no storms at all, I work from home this is unacceptable I’m about to switch to Verizon because this is getting ridiculous

When your connection goes down do you receive notifications from us about the service and downtime?
