I'd like to help investigate furher, and did want to help get the proper expectations set up that I would only see the information available regarding any service interruptions and pending work, that would be available either at the Status Center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or on the Xfinity App.
- Do you see anything being reported on either of those spots?
- If anything being reported, does it mention anything about area network improvements/enhancements?
