Hi, I would like to report an outage. We have no TV or Internet service. We live in Egg Harbor Township in New Jersey on Marshall Drive

If you are not currently seeing a posted interruption in the Xfinity app or in the Xfinity status center, I would recommend starting with the Xfinity assistant using the troubleshooting option in the Xfinity app to help report any service issues. The Xfinity assistant will detect any issues with the area and help get an alert posted or help set up a tech appointment if one is needed.
