Outage

I don't care that it's Christmas. Someon3 who is getting paid 6 figures needs to go to work and fix this outage. You had no problem taking my automatic payment  today. My kids can't play their ganes they just got, we can't watch Christmas movies, and we are going to miss the Stranger Things finale we've been waiting forever for. This is completely unacceptable. Our whole day planned is ruined.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
