Outage

Hello, I’m reaching out because our internet went out yesterday around 4:00 PM MST. We were given an ETA of 7:00 PM, but that time came and went, and the status was changed to “as soon as possible.” It’s now approaching 24 hours with no service and no updates. My wife works from home and had to miss an entire day of work because of this outage. We’re really looking for some help or at least a clear update on what’s going on. Thank you.

user_gk6b39 I can assure you that our repair team will be working hard, and fast to get your service back on. However, the updates you see from online or through our Xfinity app will be the same ones we can see on our end. We can only recommend to stay up to date through those sources.

I understand the updates are limited, but the outage map is only showing my address as having no connection, not a wider area outage. The ETA has stayed at “as soon as possible” for almost 24 hours with no change.

I’m just trying to confirm whether this is being treated as a localized issue and if there’s any additional info available.
