Outage
I have an outage in my area. I wanted to speak to someone about because I work from home so I need an ETA it’ll be fixed. But the stupid ai assistant keeps telling me they can’t connect me to anyone to troubleshoot because of an outage. I don’t want to troubleshoot I want to speak to someone about this.

I do see there is an unplanned service interruption reported in your area. Currently, there is no estimated end time reporting, and the reason for the unplanned interruption also has not been reported yet. I can confirm our field techs are doing everything they can to get the service back up and running in your area.
You can sign up for text notifications through the Xfinity App on your mobile device. A notification will be sent to you when this service interruption ends, or if the service interruption end time has been revised. Are you able to get signed up for those notifications on your end?
