Outage

I have been experiencing a known outage since Sunday December 14 around 5:30 pm. It is currently still ongoing with internet and TV being affected. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened as it happened on December 9th and 10 as well. This is after network performance upgrades were supposedly done in November too enhance the network but since then I have had more problems than before. Was wondering if there is any current status update as too when this will be fixed and if there will be outage credits?
