OUTAGE

There has been an outage since 6 am and still nothing, no update I was just wondering when will it be resolved. Is anyone else’s Wi-Fi out or Just me ?

Hi there, user_vrbhqa! I am sorry to hear that your service has been offline. That is never something we want and work 24/7 to get things working once again. The Xfinity app and our Status Center  are updated by our technicians and provide the most up to date information. There are times when we are working with local utilities or when there are multiple repairs jobs affecting your service that it will show as soon as possible for the estimated time. That will get updated to a time as the repair work continues.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
