Outage

Our internet has been off all day due to supposed maintenance. I  use my internet to work from home please give an update

Good afternoon, user_0g2hmi! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about your service. I work at home too and understand it can be stressful when your service is offline. We see the same information regarding the work that you do in the Xfinity app or Status Center. When we work with local utilities or when there are multiple factors happening, we are not always able to provide an estimated time. As the work progresses, the team will update the estimated time.

user_0g2hmi I definity hear where you are coming from, and how frustrating it can be when your services are down. I'd be happy to take a closer look into your services, and see if I can provide you with a bit more information. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 

 

 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
