Outage
Xfinity outage then power outage. We get a message that says our xfinity is up but powers still out. Power comes on and xfinity is still out...why? We recieved a message it was resolved? Which is it? Then I would like to know if there is a refund for the 2 days we haven't had internet or tv? Prices are ridiculous service is horrible no contact other than a chat for hundreds of dollars per month. Nice to companies making record profit with [Edited: "Language"] service

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
