Outage

This is ridiculous. It has been almost a month since the hurricane. I still don't have internet and according to the map I am the only outage around here so I guess I am gonna be the last one to get it back. The restoration date has changed four times since the storm and everyone I know with xfinity has their service back. I would like a real update, not "asap" like the app says.
