Outage

How in the god forsaken [Edited: "Language"] did I have service all the way through both hurricanes, but two days later when the sun is shining and birds are chirping do I have an outage that’s lasted all day? I promise you it’s safe to fix any and everything out here. There is no damage anywhere in this neighborhood or surrounding areas. Where’s my service I pay for? I can always just switch to a different service. You guys aren’t the only game in town. My neighbors have service, where the [Edited: "Language"]
is my service?
